
Michael
N.
Clark became a partner of the firm in January of 2008, after four years
as an associate attorney. His areas of focus include estate
planning, probate, business organization and contracts, guardianships,
and family law.
Michael's estate planning practice includes the preparation of
revocable and
irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance
directives, charitable remainder trusts, and other estate planning
documents. Michael also forms corporations and limited liability
companies, as well as buy-sell agreements, leases and other business
contracts. He is currently practicing in Oklahoma and Kansas.
As of January 1, 2007, Michael has served as the lobbyist for
the Oklahoma Podiatric Medical Association. His duties include
aiding the OKPMA in educating Oklahoma legislators on podiatry and
passing new legislation to promote the practice of podiatry in the
State of Oklahoma. In January of 2010, he also assumed the role of
Executive Director for the Association.
Education
Raised in Alva, Oklahoma, Michael attended Alva High School. He
received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Vocational Ministry
from Oklahoma Christian University and graduated from the University of
Oklahoma College of Law.
Professional Memberships
Michael is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Young Lawyers
Division of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Oklahoma County Bar
Association.
Community Involvement
He is active in the community, and serves as the Vice President of the
Lariat Creek Christian Camp Board of Directors. He is a member of the
Memorial Road Church of Christ.
