The following list contains our Estate Planning Fees as of January 1, 2007. The flat fee rates do not include filing fees and other out-of-pocket expenses. Each estate plan includes the preparation and filing of recorded transfer instruments. As each estate plan is tailored to each person, the Firm reserves the right to change any of these fees prior to the beginning of our work for you.
