Real Estate Development
The attorneys at VWC represent a variety of clients for their real estate development needs, from several of Oklahoma's largest and most prolific real estate development groups to the first time real estate developer/builder. Matthew L. Winton leads the VWC real estate development practice, helping clients with:
- Drafting covenants, easements, and agreements for new and established developments
- Setting up the corporate community association
- Assisting the developer with transition of the association to the owners, including conducting the transition meeting
- Assisting with the creation, documentation, and implementation of approved builder programs
- Assisting with establishment and administration of architectural committee operations and forms
- Assisting with amending covenants, articles of incorporation, and bylaws in established developments
- Enforcing governing documents and collections of assessments
